The City of Duarte allows reasonable use of residential property for “Yard Sales, Garage Sales, Estates Sales, etc.” When conducted with concern for neighborhood appearance, the listed sales should cause no detrimental effect to the neighborhood’s residential quality. City Ordinance limits the number of yard sales to no more than two per calendar year and for no longer than two consecutive days each.
