The Huntington, a 161-unit, mixed-use apartment complex on Huntington Drive was constructed by Richman Signature Properties and opened in 2022. The large apartment complex offers studios, one bedrooms, and two bedrooms ranging from 640 to 1,300 square feet. The Huntington also has about 3,400 square feet of streetfront retail space and over 2,000 square feet of live work space.

Amenities at The Huntington include a large open courtyard, parklets, and a public art piece designed by Damon Hyldreth, a San Francisco-based artist with an extensive portfolio of work dating back to the early 1970s. Hyldreth's piece, "Phoenix," is located in the public plaza, near Huntington Drive.
