The City of Duarte has partnered again with Service Line Warranties of America (SLWA) to offer protection for homeowners for the Dual Product (Water Primary) protection program. The coverage is voluntary and available at affordable monthly or annual prices. Duarte residents will see a letter coming to their homes announcing the program over the next few weeks.

RESIDENTIAL REFUSE & RECYCLING RATES INCREASE 6.4% BEGINNING JANUARY 1st

DUARTE, CA, December 13, 2018 – Duarte residents can expect to begin paying more per month on their refuse and recycling bill effective January 1, 2019. This 6.4% increase is the first increase to residential refuse service rates since January 1, 2018. Over the last year, the factors that make up the rate have changed; especially the recycling credit due to the China Sword policy that has now been in effect for approximately 12 months.
