The City of Duarte’s fillable Employment Application is available for download. Return your completed application to the Human Resources Division in person or via U.S. Postal Mail, FedEx, UPS, etc. Faxed or emailed applications will not be accepted.

Applications may also be obtained from City Hall, located at 1600 Huntington Drive, Duarte, CA 91010, between the hours of 7:30 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Thursday (closed Fridays and holidays), or contact Human Resources at (626) 386-6824 to have an application mailed to you.

To be considered for a position, you must complete the Employment Application in its entirety and submit the application along with any other required documentation. Review the requirements of the position listed on the job announcement carefully. Be sure to include all relevant education and experience you possess when applying. Resumes will not be accepted in lieu of an Employment Application.
