Shopping Cart Retrieval Program

The City has a shopping cart retrieval program to assist in the recovery of shopping carts and removing them from city streets. 

The City entered into a contract with ABC Shopping Cart Retrieval Company to provide the service. Please note the updated contact phone number to use when reporting an abandoned shopping cart in your area.

Normal business hours are 7am to 7pm, however residents can call (800) 887-0466 24 hours a day, seven days a week to report any abandoned shopping cart. 

Voice mail will be used to collect service requests overnight from 7pm to 7am.  If you have any questions about the program, feel free to contact ABC at (800) 887-0466 or the Field Services Department at 357-7931 x205.
