This commission serves as the city's planning agency, reviews applications for
conditional use permits, variances, and tract maps, and performs architectural
review for certain projects.
To be eligible for this commission, candidates must be a Duarte resident, must
not have a felony conviction, and must file a city application which shall
include a written statement of not more than 200 words describing background,
qualifications, and objectives in serving as a member of the commission.
